Changes:
- Pro feature: add a photo of your server. Choose an image to easily identify your machines at a glance. The image is stored locally on your phone
- Better UI for displaying error states when server is unreachable and ability to retry
- Generic events / notices are now added to the events UI and not just the notifications in the main screen
